Out of the number of firms which are engaged in vehicle conversions (especially in conversions from private cars to utility cars), Tom-Car Servis is one of those which are in the greatest demand.
History
The initial focus of the Marsovice firm production was on caravan repairs and conversions, later on the production of private car trailers and gradually it has shifted its focus to the current main program: conversions of utility cars, installation of a second row of seats, and production of laminate customs partitions. Tom-Car ranks among the first companies in the Czech Republic which started to make convenient metal bars.
It is not by accident that this accessory is termed a safety bar. This seemingly simple part (usually movable), placed behind the last row of seats, enables the enlargement of the luggage hold of four- or multi-seat vehicles. Clearly, all bar systems have to be approved by a DEKRA testing department.
